The 2019 PSL champions started the HBL PSL 9 with a bang. They were unstoppable in the first 6 games but later on bad form and some ordinary managerial decisions took their chance away of winning the PSL9. They did qualify for the playoffs after four long years, however they couldn't find their mojo towards the business end of the tournament. PakPassion Editor Saj Sadiq revisited Quetta Gladiators journey in PSL 9 and analyzed what went wrong for them towards the end of the tournament.

 Islamabad United qualified for the final of HBL PSL for the first time since 2018, on the back of a record seventh-wicket partnership between Imad Wasim and Haider Ali, as they beat Peshawar Zalmi by five wickets on Saturday night, at National Bank Stadium, Karachi in Eliminator Two. The final will be played on 18 March at the same venue.
