Continuing our series of features on young, up and coming players who are performing well in the ongoing Quaid E Azam Trophy tournament. Today we feature Mohammad Rameez the young medium fast bowler from Rawalpindi.

Our very own Saj has been chatting to Rameez and here's what he found out about him :-

Height - 5 foot 11"

Pace - 130 to 135kph

Role Model - "It would have to be Waqar Younis. The man is a legend and what a great bowler. I would dearly love to meet him one day".

Type of Bowler - "I'm a seam bowler who relies on movement and accuracy"

Stock delivery - Outswinger to the right hander.

Best bowling performance - "It was my 8 for 27 recently against Peshawar"

Performance in Quaid E Azam Trophy so far - 36 wickets at 14.16 in 4 matches.

Prized wickets this season - "Asim Kamal who I got out leg before with an inswinger and Shahzaib Hasan who I got out in both innings with outswingers that he edged to the keeper".

Pakistan representation - Under 19 tours of England and Australia in 2007. Under 19 World Cup in Malaysia. 2007 Under 19 home series against Bangladesh and Australia. Also the 2008 Under tour of Sri Lanka.

He's quite keen on playing some league cricket in England next season which wouldnt do him any harm at all.

Here's his FC record:
