Are there any ITIL Service Managers on PP ? i.e. Change, Problem, Incident, Configuration and Capacity Managers or analyst's even ?

If so please share which ITIL function your work under

Im not an ITIL service manager , but I am familiar with ITIL processes since I develop service desk automation tools, especially around Incident , Configuration and Request management.
