I know what you mean, but then you get sprinters winning 100 and 200's or 400 and 200 etc. Bike riding you get multiple gold medal winners, gymastic you also get multiple gold medal winners. It more about having a freak of nature in a sport that dominates for awhile like Bolt does in sprinting etc.

In swimming they can not cut butterfly or backstoke etc as they are part of the medley so it would be impossible to cut any really from swimming events.

first half 6 minutes left. Aussies flogging India making them look slow, the rest day has made a huge diffrence.

Aussies and Kiwis have this great strong competitive steak against each other, last night the womens hockey went to extra time and the goel shoots, now the Netball has gone to extra time.
I think sometimes the girls show the guys how its done.
Last medal of the CWG goes down to extra time 47 all, Aussies came back from being 7 goal behind{mega in netball].
I reckon a CWG in New Zealand would make an amazing CWG because of the rivalry between us and the Kiwi's{the sheep lovers of this world]!
