Is Adnan Akmal still part of the Test Team?

Well as all of us remember, Kamran Akmal was out for some reasons, and Adnan Akmal was bought in Test games.
But now that Kamran Akmal has return, will he be the full time keeper in the test team, or is the board deciding to stick on with Adnan, till he fails and we drop him, like we always did in the past.

Adnan did pretty ok with the bat, but he did good glove work. Taking 16 catches and 1 stump in 4 matches.

I would say stick with him, no need for Kamran, as he drops to many catches.

What do you guys think?

If Kamran gets a few more runs, he may just be persisted with for WI tests.

Hope so , he's a far better catch and seems to be most confident of the brothers , plus he has some classy shots and I think a test avg between 30 - 35 is what Pakistan would be happy with.

I hope he is. He kept better than Kamran and looks like he'd capitalize on flat tracks too.

Yeah most probably so, plus, its the only format Darmiyanay Akmal gets to play, so Kamran would want him to atleast play one format if he gets two

Yes Adnan is very much a part of test team from his past performances. Would be absolutely foolish to drop him in place of his elder brother after the WC, no matter how good he performs.

sarfarz ahmed should be given a chance for the test matches.

I don't think either Kamran or Adnan are good enough.

Take a look at the score card of the NZ game, and look at the number of catches Adnan took.

As much as I like Kamran and think he's absolutely brilliant to have in ODIs and Tests, I think he should be kept away from the Test side. Adnan Akmal is doing really really well in Tests so far (touchwood) and has fit in the Test side quite well. Keep him in!

I think you forgot about the Srilanka game, where Dropmal missed 2 stumpings....

Why arn't the selectors dropping this guy. Something tells me that Mohammad Salman may get in to the odi team in the west indies and kammi may be dropped. Stil Humayun should be in the team.
