bat with scuff sheet

salam guys my friend got a bat from india and on that bat scuff sheet is already applied...............so how can i do oiling or i should not do oiling...............

Oil the back of the bat very very lightly.

Oil the uncovered areas, also lightly oil the shoulders and toe (if there is no toe guard applied).
