Pillfood capsules.

Hey guy,

I have been loosing hair recently and notice a little receding from the front corner of my hair. Ofcourse this is worrying considering am 21 and my dad still has his hair. Tho hair on mums side isnt the best. this hair is lost when its wet since hair is at its weakest then. Its like: 3,4 hairs fall on to my hands when am styling.

Anyway, I was walking back from the gym when I just went into a: Pharmacy. My hair is kinda always on my mind. I told the guy behind the till of my problem and he non- hesitantly advised me: Pillfood capsules. he was a: Pakistani guy who seemed like a nice guy. I asked him a lot of questions about the capsules but then bought me. To ensure me he told me to come back to me after two weeks as he was confident that the hair loss will stop around this time.

I asked him about: Rogaine but he said thats not good for me and that pillfood was a better solution to my problem especially considering my hair loss isnt that aggressive and Pillfood worked.

I did some research on these capsules and found limited information however positive information.

I am going to try these capsules and see whether they really stop my hair loss. I really dont want to loose my hair as am really young and look horrible in short hair let alone bald head.

Does anyone have any suggestions to stop hair loss beside these capsules...Please share. And please comment on these capsules..whether I got scammed? Tho he could have easily sold me Rogaine that costs more if he wanted to.

Ps: I have full head of hair and one can not tell that am loosing hair.

Do not try anything without proper research. You never know what that Pill contains.

When I was 21, I lost a lot of hair and suddenly i started seeing scalp through my hair in the front of my head. I thought I would go bald by the age 25 completely.

I am 31 now and still have hair. Actually the hair I lost in my early 20's seems to have come back.

I was under severe stress in my early 20's and I think that lead to my hair loss. Once I stopped worrying about every little thing in life, the hair loss stopped and in fact was able to gain some of the hair I lost. Not many people would believe me, but it happened.

If you are under stress too, try to resolve it or if you have any issues in personal life, accept them and make peace with them. Stress and hereditary hair loss are the leading causes of baldness.

If your family does not have a history of male pattern baldness, then stress could be the reason. Stop worrying about little things(if you are) and give your hair a chance to grow.

If nothing else works, go for hair restoration. That will be an extreme measure. But if you have money and you are still young, its all good

SIMBA, loosing few strands every day is a common occurrence. As per some of my friends, once you stop using Rogaine, hair fall goes back to where it was prior to using it. I visited a specialist once, who said hair needs to be combed regularly, short or long. And that, when you dry your wet hair, do it gently.
I know someone who is trying homeopathy for hair loss. But homeopathy takes time, and i cannot vouch as of now, if the treatment works. I might start it myself later this year.

I agree with the above poster's comments. Reducing stress, can be helpful for your hair and the rest of your body's general well being. Last few years were quite tough for me on personal front, and i could see a deterioration in my health gradually.

Apparently the Pills got no side effects.

Yer, its pretty scary..considering that I have hair similar to: SRk...full head of hair.

I havent been under much stress...tho the exam period was stressful but that was like a few months ago.

I will definitely try to keep my mind off my hair but it is more difficult to do then said especially when your in daily contact with it.

Am not gonna use Rogaine.

Loosing hair strands is normal but having an evident receding hair line from the top corner of your hair is another matter.

I know we shred around 100-150 hairs a day.

the worst thing you can do is stress about hair loss, its a negative feedback mechanism. i started balding at 18, by 23 most of my front hair are gone.

dont worry, even if they thin out you can shave it off and look decent, its all about how confident you are in your own image.

take precautionary care like oiling and washing it consistently and stop worrying about it, and it may stop falling out itself, and if it does not, dont let it bring you down.

yours faithfully

A Tukkla ;)

I know...why do you think young people are loosing hair soo quickly especially in the: UK....I have seen many guys who have lost hair and now flex the bald head look.

Ive been on the pills for a few days and there is a difference. O am loosing less hair. However, it may just be an illusion...Gonna wait at least 2 weeks before passing a judgement.

It might be a mental thing (you k ow when you yourself notice something, you seem to be fixated in it and always see wrong with it)?

One thing...never towel dry your hair after bathing/showering. I let it just dry naturally (unless I'm in a hurry after showering as I have to be somewhere), and then do your stuff with the styling. Also I dunno if it actually works but it can't do any harm...I put oil on my hair at least an hour/2 a couple of times a week before showering (olive oil or mustard oil). Apparently suppose to help with hair loss, though I do it because it helps with a healthy, shiny mane lol.
Don't worry about it, it's probably nothing...stress can be a big factor. I know during exam period with the stress, I end up with a dew spots on my face...but after the stress is gone it's all fine.
Also do you use gel or wax? If you use gel, switch to wax...or (i dont know your style but) even dont use anything unless it's a special occasion.

I let my hair dry normally mate.

I dont use any: gel, wax..i did use to use these products quite a lot but that was a few years ago and my hair didnt fall then

I have been using a: Dabur styling cream for the past 6 months which is meant to be good for your hair...I dont use oil because it makes more of my hair fall :S

Can you tell more about the part "I dont use oil because it makes more of my hair fall :S"
What kind of oil were you using and how frequently that made hair fall more?
Thanks

Does the coconut oil have castor oil in it also (I've heard castor oil makes your hair seriously fall out)?

Strands of hair come onto my hands also when I apply the oil...but just remember it's normal to lose 100odd hairs a day anyway like you said before, so I wouldn't be too worried about that (obviously massage the oil in, not rub violently lol)

i dont know bro...Am not really into: oiling my hair.

Once mistake that I made as a teenager was to apply baby oil to my hair..which had petroleum in it...because it smelt nice
