Chairman Zaka Ashraf held a meeting with the Pakistan team and officials yesterday.

It was an impromptu meeting and the main purpose was to attempt to boost the morale of the team.

He must have been upset about ODI series result as that happened immediately after his gloating in public about his team's test series performance. another series whitewash would not help.. whatever maybe the reason, the team really fought well today to win the match. Credit should go to the team for their performance.

The only thing which worked for Pakistan was an excellent catch by Shafiq and Umar Gul towards the end of the innings which made England fold. The rest was average to poor cricket by Pakistan.

I really like ZAKA a proactive leader, with a vision who actually cares more about our results on the field than the money side of the business. With ZAKA at the helm I think sifarishi players days are numbered and I really believe that my the end of ZAKA's era Pakistan will have good fielding and batting side, our bowling as always been good and will remain that way.
