I must say I haven't worn any solid pink clothes yet...its always muted by at least one other color.

But I've gotten a lot of compliments about my new wardrobe from random women, and its much easier to start conversations this way. And if I have to wear pink in order to make it a bit easier to see their pink, then so be it.

I think the Punjabi culture far surpasses any of the other Pakistani cultures. The Pathan culture I don't find very obnoxious, just backwards.
The Urdu Bourgeoise is just a social culture.

yar i was born bred and everything in karachi, we werent taught punjabi simply due to fear of persecution and we daren't let it be known that we were punjabis lest we are a hand missing. and so growing up got to study a lot about these different ones.
punhjabis are brash, as I see it. very backwards but brash. the urdu speaking like you said simply bourgeoise. the sindhis atleast the upper strata i found to be quite obnoxious, lived next door to them my entire life.
