Khurram delivered a stellar performance, claiming 4 wickets for just 23 runs in his four overs. He was well supported by fellow pacers Mohammad Wasim Jnr (2-18) and Faheem Ashraf (2-21), as Multan Sultans collapsed to their lowest-ever total in HBL PSL history—bowled out for a paltry 89 in 17 overs.

The Sultans' innings unraveled early, with Khurram snaring the first four wickets in just 11 deliveries, leaving them struggling at 20 runs. Faheem then struck in successive overs, dismissing Iftikhar Ahmed and Michael Bracewell, reducing the side to 43 for 6 in 9.2 overs.

Captain Mohammad Rizwan remained unbeaten on a run-a-ball 44, including three boundaries and a six. Usama Mir was the only other batter to reach double digits, scoring 11 off six balls with a four and a six. Wasim Jnr wrapped up the tail, removing David Willey and Ubaid Shah while conceding only 18 runs.

In reply, Finn Allen and Saud Shakeel chased down the modest 90-run target in just 41 balls, blasting nine sixes and five fours between them. Allen remained not out on 45 off 21 deliveries, while Saud scored an unbeaten 42 off 20 balls, laced with three fours and four sixes.

Multan Sultans, now with six losses from seven games, will look to regroup ahead of their clash against Karachi Kings on 1 May at the same venue.
