Day 3 : Pakistan are 537/5 from 148 overs, lead by 205 runs (Asad Shafiq 51*, Sarfraz Ahmed 51*)

Pakistan looked to dominate another day after a strong comeback on Day 2 and take a huge lead to bat Bangladesh out of the game.

Mohammad Hafeez and Azhar Ali added another 50 runs in the morning before Azhar was bowled by a Hom quicker ball. Hafeez continued playing fluently and finding the boundary which allowed Younis Khan to play steadily until he was bowled by Islam for 33.
Hafeez finally departed after a sublime 224 having put Pakistan in control.

Misbah and Shafiq played sensibly to further strengthen their sides position until Misbah top edged one on 59. Sarfraz Ahmed played a typically aggressive knock of 51* and Shafiq played solidly to provide support and put the lead over 200.

Overall another brilliant day for Pakistan who will be looking to extend the lead over 300 and possibly more to ensure they only bat once.
