Babar Azam's men left with a few problems to ponder after India batters and bowlers delivered a devastating 228-run defeat in the much-awaited Super 4 clash in the ongoing Asia Cup 2023.

In a spellbinding display of cricket, Team India delivered a masterclass against their arch-rivals, Pakistan, in the ODI showdown today. From start to finish, India was in command, leaving cricket enthusiasts worldwide in awe of their performance.

Indian openers kicked things off with aggression, both notching up brisk half-centuries. But the magic didn't stop there. Making a return to ODI cricket, KL Rahul shone with the bat, and the ever-reliable Virat Kohli reached his 47th ODI ton, making it look almost effortless against a formidable Pakistani pace attack.

But it wasn't just with the bat that India impressed. The bowlers, led by a rejuvenated Bumrah and the consistent Siraj, tore into the Pakistani lineup with devastating effect. Their swing, accuracy, and ability to trouble the batsmen were sights to behold. The highlight, though, was Hardik Pandya's absolute ripper to remove the in-form Babar Azam. This delivery will undoubtedly be talked about for years to come. Shardul Thakur also chimed in with a beauty to dismiss Rizwan.

Just when it looked like the pitch favored pacers, Kuldeep Yadav turned the game on its head. His mesmerizing spin fetched him a well-deserved 5-wicket haul, proving too much for the Pakistani batsmen. Kuldeep's dominance was evident in his dismissal of Faheem Ashraf, which essentially sealed the deal for India, especially with Haris Rauf and Naseem Shah unable to bat due to injuries.

Despite Pakistan's struggles today, there were moments of resistance. Young Shaheen Afridi's valiant six against Kuldeep and a few glimpses of fight from the middle order showed the talent within the side. With the potential injuries to Haris Rauf and Naseem Shah, there might be concerns in the Pakistani camp, but as they regroup, the world knows never to count them out.

All in all, it was a day that belonged to India. With stars like Rohit, Gill, Rahul, Kohli, Bumrah, Shardul, and Kuldeep stepping up, this is one game Indian cricket fans will cherish for a long time.
